- Handled Mechanical BOP packages of Amarkantak Supercritical Thermal Power Project and helped in successfully commissioning the 1st supercritical thermal power plant of the company.- Was actively involved in reengineering and renegotiations with vendors due to constantly changing land acquisition scenario requiring frequent changes in conceptual planning.

- Managed from start to finish multiple turn-key projects valuing of 15~300 MINR in Power sectors (private & public sector clients) leading a team of 15~20 members. - Work involved regular coordination with different government statutory agencies such as IBR, Labor Office, Fire Department, Police, Insurance etc. for project execution- Responsibilities included post-bid discussions with clients, project planning, risk assessment, budget and resource allocation, techno-commercial evaluation, erection vendor finalization, planning & scheduling, revenue, collection & payment forecasts, client invoicing and vendor payment, reporting as per MIS, project close-out etc.
