Realization was formed in California, USA in 1998 and developed the first Critical Chain software in the world, along with Dr. Eliyahu Goldratt. After 11 years of implementing Critical Chain around the world, we started our India operations in 2009. While in the US our work had been mostly around ETO, MRO and R&D projects, in India, we were exposed to the world of large and complex infrastructure projects.
