Student Representative (2020-2023): Gathering and relaying student opinion to faculty both in and outside the Theology Programme Board meetings. The process gave valuable experience in how faculty meetings function.Academic Representative (2021-2022): Representative of student opinion of all undergraduate courses offered by the institution. Requires the assignment of student representatives for respective courses. The role required presence in Academic Board meetings and all Programme Board meetings, giving further insight into faculty operations. Conflict resolution was necessitated during this assignment, which through mediation of both student and faculty prevented 11 students leaving their course.
