Launched in 2008, IdeaPaint is being used as a tool for creativity and collaboration in offices, schools and homes around the world. Guided the company as an investor and board member before becoming CMO, responsible for repositioning and building the brand. Continue to be involved as an advisor.

Held a variety of strategic and product related roles for the global footwear and apparel brand. Most notably as member of the Marketing Integration Team on the $4 billion Adidas acquisition of Reebok and ultimately Head of Brand Strategy for the the Reebok brand globally.

Part of Home Entertainment Division of the consumer electronics brand, responsible for expanding audio product opportunities throughout the home. Developed marketing and strategic plans for segments within Home Entertainment Division complete with business plans for new products including consumer research and insights. Managed new product concepts through initial stages of product development process.

Held roles in project management and business development on both domestic and international projects for a leading Boston based engineering and construction firm. Served in dual-role on a $145 million power plant project in Ghana, responsible for a workforce of approximately 1,000 people. Managed the mechanical and electrical subcontract, supervised mechanical activities, led labor negotiations as well as identified and implemented staffing and de-staffing requirements.
