About Spencer Bowden

I am responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of Cru Catering's office. Additionally, I handle the hiring, onboarding, and staffing for our front of house banquet team. Cru Catering won "Best of Charleston" in the caterer category for the 19th year in a row this year. We execute drop offs, seated dinners, wedding receptions, full service bars, and everything in between. Our sister restaurants Cru Café and Purlieu are a must try if you are visiting the Downtown Charleston area.
