I have an operations background and performed on a team which in was designed to help customers obtain approvals from various utility companies in order to energize their solar systems. Over time, I was recognized for my efforts in customer service, team-building and training, and was promoted to Team Lead. As a Team Lead, I had priorities to establish and maintain an effective workflow and nurture a productive and healthy team culture. This was done through one-on-one interviews, refining standard processes and conducting training sessions. I love collaboration and problem-solving, as well as offering and receiving constructive feedback. I am currently interning with Freezing Point (a.k.a. Frazil) in their Logistics team. There, I have learned and continue to learn about the operational side of a constantly growing business, from machine approval through installation and quality assurance.
