Responsible engineer for the Raptor sea level thrust chamber and nozzle assembly (SL TCA)- Acted as project manager and extreme owner for all aspects of the SL TCA, from addressing issues on current production to pushing development objectives to leading design and analysis efforts for future versions- Organized and delivered the first ever raptor TCA Critical Design Review- Orchestrated the build and test objectives for several rounds of dev TCAs- Contributed to redesign efforts to upgrade the Raptor TCA including leading the redesign of a portion of the regen cooling system

Hardware design engineer for development of main and base heatshield of Starship, April 2019- June 2020- Developed first tile layout strategies, total mass and tile count predictions for Starship main heatshield- Took on system level ownership of Starship and Super Heavy base heatshield, negotiating with other stakeholders and developing packaging plans. Designed first prototypes and began hardware development testing before project cancellation by upper managementResponsible engineer for the Starship flap seals, June 2020 – May 2022- Determined stakeholders and design inputs to develop initial concepts for thermal protection systems between the flaps and vehicle of Starship- Led development efforts by a small team of three from initial concepts into flight designs through the use of hardware testing, build prototypes, and coordination of aerothermal analysis- Designed all thermal protection hardware for the flap seals and interfacing systems- Oversaw build of flap seal hardware and integration on the first orbital Starship

Responsible engineer for the Falcon Heavy Demo side booster octaweb structures- Responsible for design, analysis, schedule, build planning, and interfaces for the side booster thrust structures- Supported hardware from weldment to launch, including structural proto-qual testing and on pad troubleshootingDesigned Falcon Heavy Block 5 hold downs (vehicle side)Responsible engineer and project manager of Falcon Heavy Block 5 Center Core Delta-Qualification Campaign- Organized and oversaw the campaign to structurally qualify Falcon Heavy block 5 center core tanks- Developed test cases, built vehicle FEM, and led the work of two analysts to close the analysis for the campaign- Ran the project to build the qualification test article, making use of old hardware and scrapping together a build and analysis plan to structurally mate a new tank section utilizing fastening rather than welding

Architected all 2016-year formula car packaging, designer of chassis and jigging, and responsible for all mechanical interfaces on the vehicle. Team finished 2nd in FSAE Lincoln Endurance and 7th overall in 2016, the 5th year competing

Designed custom avionics tool and avionics hardware testbed including mechanical layout and wire harness routes

Designed all the internal wiring harnesses for the first Powerpack. Designed, acquired vendors, and built the prototypes of an isolated power system assembled from off-the-shelf parts to control large scale batteries
