I have over 28 years post graduate process engineering experience working on both Greenfield and Brownfield projects, across a diverse range of industries both in Australia and abroad. Specialities Include: mineral sand (ilmenite, synthetic rutile), nickel laterite, bauxite alumina, phosphate fertiliser, utilities, power/desalination, coal seam gas, pharmaceutical and water treatment.I have experience in leading teams within a multi-disciplined project environment, including mentoring and training staff. During my extensive career I have had exposure to a valuable and varied mix of operations, commissioning and design projects, including estimating, budgeting, forecasting and allocating resources in all project phases from concept feasibility studies through to detailed process design.In addition to my process engineering skill-set I am also a commercially astute business developer possessing a depth of customer acquisition expertise. I am client-centric and able to develop high level, long-term relationships with customers that drive commercial objectives. My drive to succeed is matched by my composure and sound commercial and business acumen.My goal is help grow Carnac into a global engineering services provider specialising in alumina.
