Oversee logistical support for the weekend afterhours freight. This includes booking and planning coverage for loads, tracking on time status', and providing effective verbal and written communication to help maintain customer expectations and satisfaction. I manage any problems or issues that may arise such as, driver or client disputes, truck breakdowns, late loads, claims, driver's DOT compliance issues, routing issues and customer alterations to load plans and various pickup and delivery demands. I monitor driver's compliance as it pertains to hours of service, safety holds, medical compliance requirements, accident procedures, and various driver related conflict issues.

Managed 3 programs within the Driver License Division umbrella; Commercial Driver Licensing, the Medical Program and Fraud specialties. In overseeing CDL compliance, I was responsible for ensuring the division's compliance with Federal Commercial Licensing regulations as well as numerous state and division rules and regulations. This included compliance with testing standards as well as monitoring CDL drivers to ensure they follow the proper medical certification procedures as well as any regulatory driving record procedures. I was in charge of handling all aspects of our annual program audit conducted by US DOT through FMCSA. This often required me to work with our partners in DTS to ensure that our data integrity system was accurate and that we were transmitting appropriate data to other jurisdictions as required. As manager over the medical program of oversaw the DLD Medical Advisory Board which consisted of a panel of doctor's and health care providers that helped recommend safety standards to our division. I was responsible for asking the appropriate questions and taking their recommendations to help develop policies and procedures to help better regulate the program and promote public safety. For our Fraud Specialties program, I oversaw our facial recognition program which was designed to prevent the issuance of fraudulent licenses and ID cards. I also oversaw the division's SAVE program, a responsibility that followed me from my previous position due to my efficiency in managing it. For the division I have written numerous policies, Instruction bulletins, trainings, and even administrative rules. I correspond with constituents through email and by telephone daily about compliance issues and I have given numerous trainings and speeches at several conferences. The most recent of which was the Governor's OPS Conference that took place on Sept 8th, 2017.

To oversee day to day operations of the Help Desk team members and their contributions on the phone and other various tasks assigned to them. As the division's Technical Agency Coordinator I am tasked with managing access to the division's software systems. As the Division's SAVE super user I manage the Division's access to the SAVE program in addition to developing training and troubleshooting on all matters that deal with SAVE and scanned documents. As part of the Help Desks duties I am tasked with seeing that we as an agency are compliant with AAMVA standards for licensing both regular operators and CDL drivers. Contributing to the Division's compliance with FMCSA/AAMVA standards for licensing CDL drivers in accordance to CDLIS specifications. I troubleshoot any issues or problems that Driver Services may be having with the DL System or various other tasks including both CDL and regular operator license application processing and various central office processing. I have developed relationships and work often with other jurisdictions to ensure that we are in compliance with AAMVA/CDLIS standard. I fix errors that exist on numerous driver license records in our state. I submit and oversee testing for numerous DL system software updates. Many Many other duties and projects as assigned by administration including, training field stations, creating materials for use in training Driver Services employees and drafting/updating division policies and procedures.

Ensure that State and Federal compliance standards for obtaining a federal identification and Utah driving privilege are being met. Conduct driving skills tests and examine applicants driving safety habits.

Processed medical form in compliance with State and Federal medical compliance standards for maintaining a Utah Drivers License. Provided customer assistance to physicians and other health care professionals as it pertained to medical standards. Created, proofread and processed various letters that were mailed out to the public.

In charge of the completion of various office duties, including Data Entry, P.O. Status reports, Excel Spreadsheets, Photo-shop media creation, file keeping, Internet sales, customer service response using Microsoft Outlook, other various forms of email, Windows Live Messenger and telecommunication.

Provided customer assistance concerning plumbing expertise at the parts counter, trained new staff members, took deliveries to job sites, and carried out many other tasks including inventory, stocking shelves and sprinkler system design.
