Boy Scouts is an Organization that has factors all over the world. It is a group of young men that meet once or twice a week to build on their life skills along with wilderness survival skills. Troops are usually made up of 15-50 young men, those young men oversee themselves on how they act and what they do. They are accountable for their own actions along with there troop mates. • Accountable for 25 young men aging from 10-17.• Overseeing the planning and execution of multiple overnight outings.• Directed the raising over $2,000 for international adventures

After the Bell is organization that is essentially an after-school club. It may be like an after school club but it is not run by the school it is run by the community. It has a bunch of activities to kids keep them entertained after school, instead of going home to an empty house. They have activities to keep them active like soccer, they have things to teach them like science club and so much more. After the bell is run and financed by the community, everyone that works there is a member of the community and everyone, but the president and vice president, are volunteers and are not paid.• Watched over 30+ patrons for hours at a time• Moved between different 15 different activities to assist the manager said activity.• Managed 3 different activities/clubs with 20+ patrons
