National Sales Manager
CurrentIn my current role as a National Sales Manager, I:• Prepare and publish training materials for medium—to low-performing employees, including all new hires, to support/facilitate their growth and development within the organization. Passionate about leading and developing others. • Design and implement impactful sales strategies that drive new business growth, utilizing targeted inbound call training to surpass established metrics and performance goals consistently.• Collaborate effectively with business partners to brainstorm and create solutions for overlapping concerns, recommending strategies that enhance quality and productivity —the ability to work well with others as an essential high-level leader. • Oversee and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and problem resolution to suppliers and clients.• Meet with the sales departments nationwide and attend conferences and tradeshows. • Lead a nationwide sales team, implementing strategic initiatives that consistently result in achieving and surpassing sales targets and quotas, contributing to overall business growth and market expansion. • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact and provide hands-on leadership, methodology, structure, and information necessary to coordinate decision-making and development. • Generate sales reports and forecasts and manage sales performance, consistently exceeding sales metrics and achieving multiple awards and recognition.
