As a Senior Specialist, Talent Development at Relativity, I leverage my MS in HR Training and Development and my extensive experience in the field to design, deliver, and evaluate innovative learning solutions that support the company's mission and values. I partner with various stakeholders and teams across the organization to identify and address their learning needs, and to create engaging and impactful training programs and resources that enhance their performance and development. I also contribute to the continuous improvement and alignment of the talent development strategy and initiatives with the company's goals and vision. Prior to joining Relativity, I worked as a Personal and Professional Development Specialist, a Talent Management Specialist, and a Human Resources Specialist at Marine Corps Community Services, where I gained valuable insights and skills in employee training, talent management, HR, and leadership development. I also facilitated training sessions for the U.S. Department of Labor across the Asia Pacific Region in support of transitioning military members.
