- Lead Customer Service Representative of the Industrial Strength Overlay department and Springfield Resin plant. Direct contact for several high volume accounts: Louisiana Pacific, Georgia Pacific, and Eastman. Frequently assist the team with Decorative Strength Overlay and additional Resin plants.- Coordinate with ISO plant sales managers to forecast customer orders, raw material needs, and production scheduling capacity.- Assist Planners in creating reports of raw materials to be received, on-hand inventory, and weekly resin variance reports. Utilize reports to initiate credit/debit memos for any discrepancies, returned, or damaged products.- Analyze reports to identify efficiency improvement opportunities, reduce excess inventory, and limit production waste.- Create export documentation for international customers and communicate shipment needs with various freight forwarders.

Supervise, train, and mentor new employees. Respond to facility incidents, complaints, and concerns. Contribute to the development and improvement of the sports facility. Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations during normal facility hours and special events.
