My role at Think Learning is aimed towards helping existing clients with any requests that they may log on the help desk regarding their current Totara based, Think LMS. This can vary from (but not limited to): bug fixes (investigating and resolving why functionality isn’t working as intended), help requests (supporting clients with miscellaneous questions.

My most recent role at the college involved a more technical approach and the ability to quickly manage and resolve issues and failures etc. During my time in this role, some of my daily tasks included, but weren’t limited to: imaging and configuring laptops with users; managing Active Directory and the OUs within it; technical advice and support regarding.

Within this role, I was focused on supporting one individual, who was unable to enter college, during the current climate. This support focused predominantly on the use of MS Teams, Moodle etc. to further their education and support them along their learning journey. This role was a great way to put the skills I learnt within my previous roles into.
