Preparing, reviewing and analyzing the monthly financial results, producing KPI’s and other adhoc analyses at store and product level to support the business, enhancing current reporting systems/processes while ensuring both regional and UK head office reporting deadlines and requirements are met. Performing and reviewing bonus and rent calculations. Production of budgets for the Australia retail and partners business, as well as quarterly forecasts and weekly flash projections. Legal entity reporting including calculations to ensure the business meets the Australia Financial Services Licence requirements and preparation of the year-end financial statements. This involves liaising with internal and external auditors to ensure all information is provided to a high degree of accuracy and within tight timeframes.

Sydney

Assisting in consolidation and review of the weekly, monthly and annual reporting for Asia Pacific. Preparation of monthly accounts for APAC regional cost entities. Driving the month end timetable and co-ordinating APAC teams. Coordination and management of the Asia Pacific Budgeting and Forecasting process.

Dublin

Management and production of the Monthly Performance Report (MPR) for the Group and Divisions. Driving and co-ordinating the timely receipt of Standard Reporting Packs from financial controllers across the Group on a monthly basis. Issuing financial planning guidelines and reporting instructions to business units in order to ensure standardisation, consistency and accuracy of reports received. Actively managing the monthly production of the Group Balance Sheet including capital ratios, wholesale and liquidity ratios.

Dublin

Preparation of all aspects of the Group Support Euro monthly Standard Reporting Pack. This includes completing the quarterly and annual close process, preparation of the notes to the accounts, and liaising with internal and external auditors. Management of the Group’s Euro Subordinated liabilities. Accounting for the Government Guarantee and Government Recapitalisation. Maintenance of the ledger recording the share capital of the group, including accounting for a rights issue, and facilitation of dividend payments when required. Accounting for a Debt for Debt exchange programme
