Authored a brochure on the Pop-Up Economy, which was distributed throughout the region as part of the Commission's Municipal Outreach Program. As a result of this work, I gave multiple presentations on the Pop-Up Economy at DVRPC-hosted events, as well as to the staff at the Delaware County Planning Department, and gave a radio interview with The Partnership Transportation Management Association of Montgomery County. Maintained the Smart Growth Project Database, which tracks development throughout the region that embraces Smart Growth principles, and also created a spreadsheet to analyze this data based on numerous variables.Compiled data, conducted analysis, and authored a preliminary report on existing conditions in Gloucester County in preparation for a master planning effort.Researched Transit Oriented Development in preparation of a report on TOD feasibility and station typology within the region.Conducted preliminary research and authored an initial draft brochure on local tools to used to incentivize economic and real estate development.Authored multiple blogs for DVRPC's Classic Towns program.

My role as office assistant included answering telephones, sending faxes, scanning documents for the staff and professors, and leading tours for prospective students. I am thankful for my experience working with NOVA Bank, I was given the opportunity to further refine my interpersonal skills and customer service abilities. Unfortunately my time was cut short due to a shutdown by the FDIC, however, I did gain the valuable experience of working with the FDIC during the shutdown period.

I was recruited by EDSA to join the firm after graduation in 2008. I worked with the company until a company wide layoff in January. While at EDSA I worked on a wide variety of projects from around the globe, Jamaica, Costa Rica, Egypt, and Florida to name a few.

I was awarded a 6 month internship from my school and opted to execute that internship in Philadelphia with the firm Wells Appel. While working as an intern there I helped compile a General Development Plan for a hospital and tract of land in Trenton, NJ.
