As a Lead Trainer at Victra, I currently conduct both in-person and virtual training programs focusing on sales, soft skills, and retail to business systems. I lead, develop, and motivate a team of trainers in our organization to foster an environment of learning and development. I facilitated training courses for new members of the organization. In this comprehensive training program, we teach retail to business systems, products and wireless features, and impactful sales techniques and methods.
