Job Description:Responsible for managing all aspects of client ‘s military sales operations. This includes streamlining the military sales process, developing sales strategies, and managing customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:* Manage customer relationships and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction* Customer / Government repair asset tracking and reporting* Prepare and present reports * Review price requests and prepare quotes* Negotiate contracts* Process purchase orders / sales orders* Analyze inventory data and make recommendations to the sales team on inventory buys* Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stock movements* Prepare and submit government CAV reports on time and with accuracy

-Maintain customer data-supports customer service team with day-to-day operations, pull, pack, and ship orders.-answer customer requests via phone, email, and fax-maintain consent compliance with international shipments-ensure all orders are billed accurately, based on customer and contract-monitor inventory and communicate any discrepancies and needs as they arise-training and mentoring new staff members
