Develop and manage data center strategy and ServiceNow enterprise platform owner. This role is responsible for creating the enterprise vision for our ServiceNow platform and forming an organization to support that vision. I also lead the global data center strategy team which is responsible for contract negotiation, demand forecasting, facility design/evaluation, and energy procurement. This position is heavily focused toward building and maintaining partnerships with the Facilities Management teams, Data Center Operations teams, and associated 3rd parties.• Create the vision for the enterprise ServiceNow platform• Establish teams and align skillsets to support strategic initiatives• Develop strategies to improve data center value to the corporation• Enhance and maintain a data center risk analysis tool• Envision, plan, and execute data center expansion and improvement projects• Research, evaluate, and recommend 3rd Party collocation and managed services • Negotiate data center leases and service contracts• Energy procurement and rebate assessment for a global portfolio• Evaluate external data centers to assess design, resiliency, and maintainability• Research and assess global data center opportunities and risks relating to emerging markets• Document the global portfolio of data center facilities and develop rationalization alternatives• Manage large-scale projects including data center migrations and technology optimization• Data center demand forecasting
