I am a motivated Information Technology Specialist with a passion for advancing computer technology. I have recently graduated from Wayne State University with my Bachelor's of Science in Computer Technology with a minor in Computer Science. Using the C++ programming language and Arduino IDE, I led the development of a miniature autonomous vehicle project and achieved functionality in obstacle detection/avoidance, LED alarm signaling, and precise vehicle navigation. Furthermore, I created a Visual Verifier using the FANUC iRVision LR Mate 200iD4S robot which ensures the integrity of an object, allowing for select actions to be performed if certain object are found. In regard to my technical career, I attended Oakland Schools Technical Campus Southwest for two years where I studied computer networking and obtained a baseline for the IT field. It allowed me to earn my IT fundamentals certification in addition to my bronze and silver medal from Business Professionals of America. Expanding my skillset throughout college, I have successfully earned my CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+. Working at Corewell Health for three years, I've had many opportunities that tested my ability to problem-solve and effectively communicate with various healthcare teams. These experiences have not only strengthened my critical thinking and interpersonal skills but have allowed me to thrive in the IT workspace!
