CurrentAs part of the Global Platform Services team, I lead a team of 10 planning and performance specialists; I am responsible for growing our ads supply channels' utilization, scale, and performance. I help Samsung Ads ensure we are maximizing our advertising inventory offering to its full potential so our clients get the results they are after.Develop media supply and inventory reservation strategies and best practices to respond to large-scale RFPs and meet broader sales objectives and business goals.Develop and execute optimization strategies to increase conversions, revenue, and engagement across all supply channels. Responsible for presenting key supply optimization results, strategies, and projects to the company's senior executives.Responsible for managing the supply of Native (Smart TV Tile Ads & TV Plus), CTV, DOOH, Display, and Programmatic inventory, including securing inventory for owned media, CTV, display, mobile, and video campaigns. Monitor yield and sell-through rates, forecast on inventory estimations for campaigns, and advise the sales team on supply optimizations and strategies for increasing campaign scale and revenue. Responsible for campaign and supply performance auditing and establishing best practices based on findings and results.Maintain a strong level of understanding of business and market segments to ensure recommendations and opportunities are aligned with data and industry trends.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, analytics, and sales, to align supply strategies with broader business objectives and goals.
