• Wrote, produced and edited the, non-profit, feature length documentary film, "NorthEast Passage: The Inner City and the American Dream" which depicted the impact of Gentrification, Community Revitalization, and Affordable Housing in the impoverished and neglected neighborhoods of Northeast Portland, Oregon• The project aired on Public Television in the spring of ‘02 • Premier screenings sold out.• Established an intricate combination of funding sources: public, private, and non-profit contributors• Produced "Sabin Community Development Corporation", a 20 minute industrial/promotional piece used for education as well as fund raising for a local non-profit housing group in Portland.

• Wrote, produced, shot, and edited two five-minute daily segments on the California Recall Election for PBS program aimed at engaging young voters (18-24) in the political process.• Coordinated and arranged interviews with gubernatorial candidates based in the Los Angeles County region.• Captured man-on-the-street reactions to the recall election.
