Responsibilities included understanding project blueprints and specific details, generating accurate project constraint logs and hot item lists, maintaining project materials and resources, assisting with customer and project needs, on-site quality control and coordination, in addition to firsthand onsite drywall installation. Specific project involvement with new skilled nursing facilities at Twin Lakes Community in Burlington, NC and the Veterans Affairs Nursing Home in Kernersville, NC.

Responsibilities included developing interpersonal relationships, community building, event coordination, leadership development, working within a team, and working with a diverse base of students. Additionally, responsible for the safety and wellbeing of over 300 residents.
