With over 19 years of experience in the packaging sector, I have developed a deep expertise in delivering cost-effective and quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and partners.My core competencies include general management and P&L, distribution channel and direct B2B customer development, strategic planning, organizational process development, negotiations and sales & operational planning, collaborative and consultative selling, and building and leading high-performing sales teams. I have a proven track record of driving revenue, profit, and volume gains in highly competitive national environments, as well as building relationships with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 and 1000 companies. I hold an MBA from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and a BS in Industrial Technology & Packaging from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
