Joined the bakery pre-launch, and supported on the overall preparation of menu development of the bakery, which has now been open over a year.Created photo and video content of baked products, as well as day-to-day behind the scenes content, to promote the bakery on their Instagram profile.Management of supplier relationships. Receiving and managing enquiries and requests for bakery services and orders. Currently supplying seven cafes and businesses across the Wirral.Taken over as Head baker in July, with two new hires. Took over the creation of a new menu, and training of the two part-time bakers.Organisation of shifts, budget and supplies for the bakery, regularly working on excel or google sheets to manage orders, costings and overall planning.One of only two bakers for over a year, and the only full time staff member currently, so regularly utilised self-management and great organisational skills to run the bakery alone for days at a time

Completed commissions of various forms of artwork, covering singular pieces, and branding for other content creators. This also included the running and promotion of an online shop where I sold my artwork in various forms.Studying algorithms across platforms such as Instagram, X and TikTok to strategically post content in order to get the best responses and engagementWorked with other creators to build their branding - including brainstorming sessions around colour schemes, consistent imagery, and assets for use across their various channels. Worked with local business/charities on projects for their campaigns - particularly on a Christmas gift appeal with a local Mental Health Charity.Created content for own channels, learning from previous experiences and own research into each platform and audiences, in order to obtain the most engagement and traffic to those posts and through-lines to outside channels such as my portfolio, shop or livestreams.Used programs such as Procreate, Canva, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere, in order to create content and fulfil commissions.
