Led marketing for Cunard Line's seven vessel fleet. Included developing global advertising campaign, creating multi-tiered global loyalty program, developing major direct mail and event marketing programs and creating brand's first global website.

Led North American marketing efforts which included strategic planning, advertising, research, Virgin Freeway frequent flyer program, new market launches and partnership programs. Also served as US liaison to other Virgin Group companies including Megastores and Necker Island. I was internally promoted to the Director of Marketing position from Promotions Manager, where I created Virgin's first integrated national and local promotions program.
