I served as the executive leader for the ambulatory care centers in Broward and Palm Beach which included Urgent Care Services, Rehab Services, Diagnostic Imaging, Laboratory Services and Specialty Physician Practices.• Led the strategic planning for a 25,000 sq ft center in Palm Beach County. This included market analysis, site selection, lease negotiations, design and construction oversight (with multiple timelines using LEAN Methodology) as well as a robust marketing plan. • Personally facilitated ongoing collaboration to foster key funding relationships which resulted in a in $60MM transformational pledge.• Acquired provider-based billing revenue which resulted in a $4.2 M increase annually • Sustained operational growth of 3% year-over-year, 90% percentile in patient satisfaction and managed capital and operating budgets in excess of $10MM.
