With over ten years of experience in the learning and development field, I am passionate about creating and delivering impactful learning solutions that enable leaders and teams to thrive in complex and dynamic environments. I have worked with diverse and global organisations, such as Commonwealth Bank, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), one of the world's largest humanitarian organisations, and the Premier's Department, the central agency of the NSW Government.As a Learning and Development Consultant, I design and facilitate learning programs and initiatives that support the development of leadership, wellbeing, resilience, diversity, and inclusion across various sectors. I leverage my skills in training needs analysis, learning strategy, content development, and delivery, as well as my certifications in Appreciative Inquiry and Articulate Storyline, to create engaging and effective learning experiences. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as senior executives, subject matter experts, and learning providers, to align learning outcomes with organisational goals and values.
