For over 30 years, I have been engaged in helping people and their communities reimagine and implement new possibilities for work, learning and life. I have worked across sectors and geographies, creating strategies for organisations and decision support for design.My work often involves working closely with people around complex and competing requirements and solving for “both, and”. We must balance purpose and profit, people and environment, cost and satisfaction. I believe that it takes diverse perspectives to inspire new thinking and I actively seek to collaborate towards 'aha' moments that catalyse change in the status quo. I am particularly interested in the motivations of people, the nature of choice and how the physical environment can encourage (or impede) positive behaviour and action.Core skills: Organisational and workplace strategy, change management, organisational coaching and design.
