I have the privilege to work with markets across the globe to promote and sell Modere products. Our team focuses on every aspect of our ecommerce sites in the United States(Modere.com), Japan(Modere.co.jp), Australia (Modere.com.au), Europe(Modere.eu) and eight other countries. We work daily with SEO, SEM, content creation, retargeting, customization, A/B testing, eloqua email system, rewards program, creative assets, and backend development with our IT department.

As Director of Online Marketing I work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to create his vision in the online environment. Lead in strategy for online marketing including site creation and search engine optimization. Focus on reputation management to improve the MonaVie business name on the web. Help develop and maintain strategy for social media. Including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn Create strategy for email campaigns. Help develop, create and maintain sites for MonaVie.  Develop and create over 20 international sites for our international business. Create and establish a unique relationship between over 20 international markets to develop sites that invite the best business opportunities in their markets. Train clients and create products that are user friendly for our marketing groups throughout the world. Manage employees and motivate them to succeed in the work environment. Helped grow online marketing department from single employee (me) to 10 employees.  Sites developed and maintained by online team are www.monavie.com, www.movemynt.com, www.corein8.com, www.emvenergy.com

TailgatCritics.com.com is our latest site focusing on predictions. Previously, SportProjections.com and CollegeBowlProjections.com were a unique social network for sport fans. The site has over 300 unique pages. I work with our "staff" of experts to analyze the future of sports. These team pages include latest headlines from local newspapers, websites and bloggers about their favorite and/or local team. I also do all the search engine optimization to make this site found across the country. The site has reached over 600,000 unique visitors with over one million page views since it's launch in June 2007.
