About Samikshya Prasai
I am majorly interested in the deposition and characterization of wide bandgap thin film semiconductors. During my 2 years of graduate studies, I extensively used the MOCVD technique and deposited several metal oxide thin film semiconductors, and also characterized the samples to understand their optical and electrical properties. My job preference is to work in the semiconductor industry where I will be able to use my research experience as a semiconductor engineer.
