When I started my career I was designing an array of custom store fixtures and components for a local display company. I did this for 5 years which consisted of designing, cut listing, and drafting of detailed shop drawings in AutoCAD for all of our store fixtures that were produced for clients all over the United States. Along with complete custom store signage & décor packages as required. Next phase of my career took me into 8 1/2 years of designing, coordination, and the using AutoCAD for the drawing of all the shop drawings for local millwork company where we produced custom cabinetry, millwork, doors, windows, decorative trims, and moldings. Our company projects types included specialized architectural correct restorations, update/refresh renovations, and also new construction projects in the residential and commercial field setting.Currently I've been working the last 12 1/2 years for Neshaminy Valley Millwork, a local Philadelphia suburb millwork company that mostly focuses on the commercial side of the millwork industry. As being their one of their lead engineer my major roll is doing their shop drawing, presentation drawings, and drawing submittals for the casework & millwork items that we produce in our facility. This also includes setting up all casework items that needs CNC processing with the use of AutoCAD & Microvellum programs.I also have 20 plus years of free-lance services (Independent contractor) for residential, commercial, intuitional, & retail projects. Which include site surveys, floor & space layout plans, elevations, sections, & details as required to show a complete design concept for the client. My specialty is shop drawings for casework & millwork items within AutoCAD to be able to give the client what they would need for construction of what is being designed for the client. This also can include setting up presentations boards with drawings and color pallet samples if required.
