My other responsibilities/accomplishments were - Hired Sr. Director/Principal Engineer/Country Manager for tech and sales role.- Spearheading the closure of key positions across diverse domains and levels for the international space, ensuring top talent acquisition for India, Australia, Japan, UK, Netherlands, and Germany.- Worked on 2 projects, one that focused on Interview Accommodation thus impacting Candidate Experience and another was revamping the Performance Appraisal systems for interns thus fostering a more inclusive environment which is core values of the organisation.-Acting as the sole Talent Acquisition SPOC in the international space, providing crucial support in creating processes and legal opinions for non-US markets, mentoring contractors and panels, and overseeing campus hiring for India.- Utilising recruitment metrics and data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies, identify areas for improvement.-Advising the VP/Sr Director on key metrics like Diversity, fulfilment plans, compensation related issues.
