* Track, report, and escalate supplier issues and coordinate resolution between internal & external stakeholders.*Track, trace and actively pursue Inbound Scheduling and escalate where appropriate.*Arrange Outgoing Shipments, from preparing packing lists to physically packaging outgoing material. Be involved throughout the shipping process. Review and compare transportation costs from different vendors, ensure that the outgoing shipment is accurate and well packaged, track shipments and ensure delivery. *Process Incoming Shipments. Receive incoming materials, compare what has been shipped with the shipment order, ensure that the materials are in good condition, stock the materials in the warehouse and file all corresponding documentation.*Analyzing and improving business processes and performance reports.*Preparing, planning and monitoring project progress.
