✔ Handling demanding Implementations for key Clients.✔ Onboarding premium clients,✔ Helping the rest team members on implementations and technical issues.✔ Onboarded and trained a new team member.✔ Built new automations and bots using Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop (saved over 220hr/month from manual tasks, hence increased the team's capacity and decreasing the new client's onboarding and implementation time).✔ Built an automation for the finance department to automatically prepare monthly VIES pdf forms (saved approx. 18hr/month).✔ Built from scratch an Onboarding Monitoring Dashboard using Retool (UI and backend code/API integrations) and Camunda (optimize and documented the whole onboarding process step-by-step and assigning each task to the relevant team member). The Dashboard also containing tables and charts giving a view for the time spent on each onboarding step aiming helping us to optimize our internal processes.Furthermore, the Onboarding Dashboard used by the sales teams to track the progress of each onboarding.Next step was the integration of the Retool Onboarding Dashboard with the Freshsales CRM system that the sales teams were using, so the onboarding team didn't spend time to manually copy each new onboarding details and also avoiding any human errors in typing.
