My name is Danny and I am Python Developer. I have been coding in Python for 3 years. Overthe last year I decided to focus my skills using Python to learn Data Science and Analysis bycompleting a non-degree diploma from the well known University of Kansas Data Science andEngineering Coding Boot Camp.My professional foundations began with a focus on small business and entrepreneurship. BigBusiness soon followed. I found myself in the Commercial Real Estate business. Specifically rentalreal estate in storage, a 40 billion dollar a year industry. Over six years I served as a Due DiligenceAnalyst, Regional Auditor, Planning and Development, P&Ls, Construction Projects, andProperty Management. Ultimately ensuring the owners get as much of that 40 billion dollars intheir portfolios as possible.Prior to portfolio acquisitions my role as a Due Diligence Analyst involved auditing largeportfolio acquisitions before multi million dollar exchanges. From auditing accounting,operations, repairs, equipment, inventory, client data, market data, and to plan futuredevelopment opportunities. All the while prepping everything for a swift seamless takeoverbetween all departments, newly acquired clients, re-branding, hiring staff, learning several typesof management software for data extraction and cleaning then loading into our managementsoftware.Simply put - I have a lot of practice studying data and driving efficiency.
