• Led the detailed design and delivery of a group-wide digital agile operating model transformation in a large UK bank involving over 22k FTEs, working directly to the Chief Transformation Officer, including its Quarterly Business Review to move from a project-based to output-based funding and prioritisation process.• Steered the Transformation Office of an agile digital transformation at a major international bank across its worldwide Business Divisions, involving over 24k FTEs, working directly to Transformation Office director.• Directed development and implementation of a digital agile operating model at a major Irish bank, a multinational life sciences company and FTSE100 gaming company to achieve significant savings.

• Managed the definition and prioritisation of a digital servicing roadmap for a large UK commercial bank delivering a 20% increase in CX benefits and a 15% reduction in cost.• Instigated agile ways of working on a multi-year digital product for a large UK public sector body accelerating delivery and addressing regulatory changes to provide the required digital services to users.

• Led development of the capital strategy for a leading European airport, improving performance and enabling it to become sustainability leader, and at the MoD to improve the productivity of some of its critical assets by changing how it worked with its key suppliers and addressing key areas of down time and delay.• Led delivery of a transformation at a major UK car manufacturer, doubling the rate change was delivered.

Heads up the Army's Digital Solutions team shaping the Army's digital strategy and seeking out areas where digitisation can bring business improvement. Refines the business need and determines the most cost-effective solution to maximise the benefits to the business.

Shaped the Army's strategy and produced the Army's Command Plan, which directs delivery of the Army’s strategy and objectives against its £125Bn budget. Delivered corporate performance and risk management and supported holding to account against agreed targets. Programmed and managed an annual budget of £16M.

Finished in the top 10% of the course while also completing an MA in Defence Studies and an MBA.

Planned and delivered the first term of the Intermediate Command and Staff Course (Land) which is attended by 400 majors each year. Engaged with Kings College London and Cranfield University to develop and program the term's curriculum.

Mentored, coached and motivated 24 students per year to create the conditions for them to succeed in their careers. Developed the digital content that prepares students for the residential course.

Led, provided guidance, career management and pastoral care for 120 individuals. Developed the Squadron's identity, ethos and understanding of its role and planned and conducted training to prepare the Squadron for deployment.
