My role includes managing a small team of BI analysts in a SQL Server environment. As a team we handle both reporting and analytical insights, including commissions reporting, sales reporting, customer/user reporting, A/B testing, churn prediction and drivers, propensity models, performance assessment and more. We focus on providing the answers to questions that materially affect business decision-making. My role covers everything from database design to statistical hypothesis testing.

Price index development for four years. This involved researching industries and creating indexes to accurately compare prices in the economy each quarter. Substantial conceptual work was involved in this role, which also gave me project management and team leadership experience. I also worked on the Institutional Sector accounts and used my SAS skills extensively.

This role involved lesson planning, test supervision, test/assignment marking and assistingfirst-year economics students with their various questions..
