My wife once said, "You're just a nerd with people skills." Whilst delivered in jest, I believe this to be apt and am proud to own the designation. I have a diverse background which provides the platform to deliver outcomes and provide senior leadership to an organisation. I have worked for large multinational organisations, small private firms, and government. I have worked in technical, operational, maintenance, finance, contract, and corporate support roles, which demonstrates my flexibility and provides numerous perspectives to lead and deliver solutions. I am a visionary, collaborative, and inclusive leader who excels in problem solving the most difficult of challenges. I have always been a curious person and have a passion for life-long learning and teaching. There was a time when I would stand at the top of a hill, and I would take great satisfaction watching operators execute the mine I designed and planned. I now take great satisfaction when watching an organisation change to align with the vision to which I coached.
