In this role, I am leading a team of 4 through the design and execution of research projects centered on governmental, racial, cultural, and citizen engagement issues. With a strong focus on qualitative and quantitative analysis, I propose consistent, data-backed best practices for the continuous improvement of the institution's programs.I also teach students enrolled in the University's Global Politics course, creating a space to engage and exchange on social, political, and cultural aspects in relation to human rights, equality, interdependence and development.I am proud that in this role, I:• Sought and acquired grants for research project funding, as well as managed compliance in spending and reporting, effectively securing the University's ability to accomplish the targeted objectives, programs, and priorities.• Have been recognized for my ability to connect with students on complex matters around cultural, race, ethnicity, and identity intersectionality by being promoted from Teaching Assistant to Instructor of Record for the Global Politics course.

In this position, I facilitated the planning and implementation of international exchange programs, by effectively managed the writing process of programmatic business proposals, monitored international affairs trends, and conducted interviews with participants, to identify needs and propose program content and event topics.I also oversaw post-event client communications, conducted evaluations and completed the feedback loop, to drive ongoing improvements in program management.Internally, I helped manage the team's workload and the event milestones with the overall project needs, delivering programs on time and within the set budget.My proudest achievement in this role was:• Developing and launching 25 successful professional exchange programs with international participation, ensuring a successful continuation of programming efforts even during pandemic period.

In this role, I conducted research to understand the needs of education professionals state-wide for a trauma-informed course.I then designed and built a digital course based on the research data, organizing a pre-launch pilot study to formulate recommendations for improvements.I am proud to say that after these efforts, I:• Successfully set up and steered a state-wide course for educators, improving trauma-informed learning outcomes for +80 professionals.
