I have more than 20 years of work experience spanning across the semiconductor, pharmaceutical Manufacturing industries and consulting. My electrical engineering degree, combined with Lean/ 6 Sigma capabilities and the business competencies acquired through formal MBA training and practical business application, have allowed me to continually learn, contribute and evolve as an engaged professional. My favorite skills include Initiating and leading change, planning, data analysis and problem solving, and multidisciplinary team work. I have been described by my collaborators as creative, reliable, methodical, and persevering. Most of my professional satisfaction comes from the fields of problem solving, data-driven decision making, designing of new products/processes, and growing others by providing training & coaching. My level of responsibility & contribution increased from an individual Continuous Improvement coach, through Manager of the CI team and program to CI leader partnering with plants all through the GSK/Haleon network. Systematic approach to performance improvement, people capability development and direct intervention in problem solving when and where necessary are the most important ingredients of my professional profile. Mu consulting experience has allowed me to learn and adapt quickly to various needs and situations, leading projects requiring organizational design, strategic planning, or implemention of lean management systems.
