I have more than 20 years of work experience spanning across the semiconductor, pharmaceutical Manufacturing industries and consulting. My electrical engineering degree, combined with Lean/ 6 Sigma capabilities and the business competencies acquired through formal MBA training and practical business application, have allowed me to continually learn, contribute and evolve as an engaged professional. My favorite skills include Initiating and leading change, planning, data analysis and problem solving, and multidisciplinary team work. I have been described by my collaborators as creative, reliable, methodical, and persevering. Most of my professional satisfaction comes from the fields of problem solving, data-driven decision making, designing of new products/processes, and growing others by providing training & coaching.
