TL – APAC Finance / Accounts / Reconciliation | Dexian India Technologies P Ltd | Since Aug 2017 Analyse and perform US-GAAP report as per standards for the APAC division. Involve in end of month closing process to ensure corporate deadlines are met and information is presented in accordance with US GAAP. Computation of withholding taxes & submit returns of GST/VAT/SST and WHT returns for 3 regions.Maintain and monitor track of fixed assets and measure them by the means of depreciation on monthly basis to know the accuracy on net-value of the fixed asset of the firm. Maintain accounts related to foreign exchange rates and passing journal entries to the change in exposure of such exchange rates with relation to US dollars.Reconciling bank statements, managing books, and calculating tax payments and returns. Responsible for the quarterly reporting to counterparties. Responsible for the monthly/quarterly/yearly payments in collaboration with Treasury. Analyse and monitor quarterly financial statements in respect of accuracy and completeness. Translate financial metrics into actionable insights that improve decision making, performance and growth in a business segment with a moderate opportunity to impact. Implement KPI’s to preserve value as an analyst for business segment. Maintain key portfolio, update entries in general ledger and evaluate it on regular basis.
