⦁ All administration jobs including office management, document control and conducting correspondence⦁ Installation and Maintenance of all types of Computers, Networks and Communication equipment.⦁ User management and system administration.⦁ Management of IT security equipment and gateways and their management and monitoring.⦁ Installation and Maintenance of office equipments including Printers, Copiers, Scanners, Plotters and Fax machines.⦁ Liaison with ISPs in Qatar, UAE and India for activation of new services, maintenance, and troubleshooting of connectivity issues and managing services.⦁ Installation and maintenance of CCTV, IP Cameras, Access Control and Modern security systems⦁ Maintenance, troubleshooting and management of PBX, VoIP and all other types of Telephone systems.⦁ Maintenance and management of Microsoft Windows Servers and Exchange servers.⦁ Configuration and troubleshooting of email clients including MS Outlook and Thunderbird.⦁ Installation and troubleshooting of OS and applications.⦁ Recovery of virus and malicious code infected systems.⦁ Data recovery from non-bootable systems.⦁ Configuring and maintaining Internet & e-mail.⦁ Website administration⦁ Liaison with International Suppliers for warranty repairs, spares etc.⦁ Preparation of documents, presentations, worksheets and databases.⦁ Technical Support for all system failure including remote support⦁ Setting up Video Conferencing and Teleconference⦁ Backup and restore.
