Sixteen years living and working in countries undergoing significant economic restructuring, across Africa, the Caribbean, Central America, East Asia, and the Middle East, where key accomplishments included helping establish telecom regulators in two countries, restructuring the water utilities of a number of towns, running a World Bank-funded Enterprise Development Fund, and running the local component of a global anti-AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria programme in two countries in Africa.Served as CEO of a boutique consulting & investment advisory firm; CEO of a social enterprise; and Chief of Party on building an Innovations Bridge between India and Africa
