Prepare monthly financial statements, reports and records by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information.Review and maintain bank accounts, reconciled month-wise.Conduct monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.Review all intercompany transactions and generate invoices as necessary.Filing of quarterly VAT return data to Federal Tax Authority assisted by Finance Manager.Plan, Assign & Review staff’s work.Active participation and contribution in the annual fiscal budget process and financial projections throughout the fiscal year.Assist with month-end close process for maintaining various schedules such as fixed assets, prepaid expenses, unbilled revenue, accrual expenses.Liaise with our Finance Manager to improve financial procedures.Other duties as assigned by Finance Manager.

Preparing and sending monthly invoices and follow up for payments.Monthly reconciliation of bank statements and credit card statements.Preparations of Quotations & LPO’s. Debtor’s & Creditor’s Reconciliation.Maintain accurate records of visitors and client activities.Dealing with Telephone calls/queries in professional manner.Preparation of monthly salary and process through Wage Protection System.Handles petty cash and pass the necessary entries.Timely filing of all payment and receipts records.Preparation of financial statements by gathering and analyzing information.Provide assistance and support to company personnel.
