He continued his passion for Transforming and Empowering people using Training as a tool as a Freelance trainer and Consultant Trainer in various organizations. He also has various certifications that he gained alongside his career which are all in line with his passion. An industry that made Sreejith a trainer, in Network Marketing Industry and he still pursues it part-time even as a Director - HR of a Financial Organisation.
