I am currently employed as a LEAD COC ENGINEER - NPD TOOLING (PASSENGER VEHICLE - LIGHTING) with a company named VARROC LIGHTING SYSTEM INDIA PVT LTD in Pune.I have experience in designing and developing plastic moulds like Automobile, Households, Electronics & Agriculture using UNIGRAPHICS NX 6 to NX 12 versions and Cimatron    While designing moulds can follow requirements and also consider easy machinability of moulds in the tool room.Study of Parting line, Parting surface, and undercut releasing mechanisms.study moldflow report and finalising gate point and cooling. Blank and machining planning. Familiarize and expertise in design Double color mould, 2K double injection mould and Over moulding (Rubber + Plastic) type mould.3plate mould with cold and hot runner.Have a good design experience in Collapsible Core mechanism, Core side and cavity side floating type mould and sprung core type.Problem solving during tool manufacturing. While designing will follow standards like HASCO, DME, MISUMI. Working expertise in HRS with single and multi drop like MOLD MASTERS, SYNVENTIVE, HOT TIP and YUDO. Overall review of all design areas.
