• Maintain the company’s network infrastructure. • Maintaining LAN and WAN connections. • Supporting users and network administrators over the telephone and by email. • Hardware troubleshooting when required. • Decommissioning old hardware. • Make sure that all end devices are connected and fully working. • Over all coordination and control of the center including staff. • Duties of administration and operational activities. • Ensure computer hardware is safe & complies with health and safety legislation. • Ensuring that all hardware and software is configured and installed correctly.

• Installing and operating Windows desktop and server operating systems.• Assembling system and installing OS and different type of software’s. • Hardware troubleshooting when required. • Travelling to client sites to help with installs, deployment, and troubleshooting. • Handling the customers as a sales care Executive. • Document all deployment.
