I am a recent Biotechnology Master's graduate from the ETH Zurich in Basel, with a background in biological engineering and food science. I have just completed my Thesis in the LSSI group at the ETH, designing new machine learning architectures to predict antibody binding to Covid spike protein variants. I am now working as a contractor at Roche, automating workflows and integrating them into the in-house automation-orchestration platform. In the future, I hope to be able to use my computational skills in tandem with my biological background to use machine learning to answer pressing scientific questions in the field of immunology or drug development.
