Over the past 10 years, being in the health-tech ecosystem, seeing the the entire journey of companies from inception/ early days to transforming lives of patients has been incredible- building from 0-1 and scaling them. As a generalist, I had to wear multiple hats across product management, implementing regulatory compliance ad securing our FDA and CE certification, fund raising, market shaping, business development, sales, getting our first customer to scaling our company to operations in 51 countries touching over 4M lives annually and still growing! Simply put- I love converting our products to meaningful solutions on ground! By creating GTMs and new business models for the company and executing them and figuring out the right recipe to make the product successful- value as well as adoption. Built a team leaders across different domains who would take the organisation ahead throughout our journey.I've had the opportunity to experience first-hand the impact we create on people's lives- without even them knowing about us and the products in the background.
